Heels encouraged
Knee pads required for floor and low-flow sections
Optional holiday flair for extra fun
Whether you love the energy of seasonal workshops or simply want to try something new, this experience will help you connect with movement in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
Tess began her pole fitness journey here on the Gulf Coast in 2022 with no dance background. It took just one class for her to fall completely in love with the art of pole. Determined and inspired, she immediately purchased a home pole and dedicated every free moment to training and exploring movement.
Her path later took her to Colorado, where she deepened her passion for floorwork and low-flow. Over time, her creativity flourished, leading her to choreograph routines that blend fluidity, emotion, and strength.
What truly sets Tess apart is her heart for teaching. She prides herself on welcoming diverse students, creating classes where everyone feels seen, supported, and celebrated. Her goal is simple: to help every student leave feeling proud of their progress and confident in their body.
We can’t wait for you to meet Tess and experience her vibrant teaching style. This workshop is the perfect way to treat yourself this season—whether you’re looking for movement, community, or a moment of holiday magic.
Spaces are limited, and these events will fill quickly.
Reserve your spot today and step into the season with joy, movement, and confidence.
