
NOT for Brand New Students. The Intro to Pole 4-Week Series or 4 to 6 Intro to Pole classes must have been completed BEFORE you can attend this series.
Our Pole Level 1 Technique 4-week series focuses on refining and honing the techniques needed to learn pole combinations/tricks and execute them with greater precision, fluidity and better lines.
While there is no choreography in this series, most combinations will include transition moves and may be done to different genres of music to exercise rhythm and flow.
Level 1 includes upright spin combinations (floor starts, spirals, stag variations) you will learn to climb with proper form and technique.
Class meets once a week on the same day and time for 4 weeks, 60 minute classes.
We HIGHLY recommend taking the Pole 1 Technique 4-Week Course TWICE before registering for the Pole 2 Technique 4-week course.
BRING: Water, Knee Pads or Leg Warmers
WEAR: Sports Bra, tank top, leggings or pole shorts, and socks.

Minimum of 4 Students for program to hold. If for any reason the program does not hold, you will moved into next months series automatically. No Refunds of transfers. There are no make up dates for this course. Please check your schedule before booking this series. You will have the best results if you attend each class.
