This choreographed class will keep us COMPLETELY GROUNDED, sliding, gliding, grinding & threading on the floor. We’re gonna saturate the floors with our sexy sides for this one. We’ll be incorporating moves like shoulder rolls, tush pushes, tricky & dynamic thread-throughs & discovering awesome ways to transition from one move to the next all while truly owning the sexual beasts within us with fluidity and yummy confidence!
