Pop-up Class 🎉Heels 101 | Beginners

This is NOT an Intro to Pole Class but is Beginner Friendly.

Recommended: Completion of Intro to Pole Series or at least 4 Intro to Pole Classes

This is your Introduction to standing, walking & dancing in Pole Heels.

Are you still unsure about attending choreography/dance classes in heels? Do you still feel unstable and afraid you’re going to fall? This class is intended to help new and experienced pole dancers with Mobility, Strength, and Confidence while dancing in their Pole Heels. Pole Heels are an apparatus of it's own its time we focused on them that way.

This is NOT a choreographed dance class. We begin with a Warm-up followed by Heels Mobility and Conditioning. Learn several fun Heels Techniques as the Focus of the class such as: Walking, Pirouettes, Gliding, Skating, Floating, Edge Work, Stiletto Sickling, Leg Work and more. You will have time to work through these techniques, movements and ask questions. Ending the class with a feel good cool down!

What do you need to wear/bring?

· Pole bottoms, shorts or leggings

· Knee Pads

· Reg socks or thigh/knee high socks

· Pole Dance Heels

· Water
