Spin Pole Beginner

Prerequisite: Solid climb + completion of Intro to Pole and 6–8 Beginner Static Pole classes.

This class is designed to help students confidently transition from beginner static to spin pole. With an emphasis on strength, control, and fluidity, you’ll learn:

• Spin pole climbs and upright beginner holds

• Smooth transitions and speed manipulation

• Progressive combos to bridge upper beginner and early intermediate levels

Each class includes a warm-up, conditioning drills, and a structured spin pole sequence. Not recommended for first-time students.
