THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR FIRST TIME STUDENTS.
We recommend completing the 4-Week Intro to Pole Series or 6 to 8 Intro to Pole classes. This is an upright only (non-invert) class.
This class is taught exclusively on SPIN POLE. The focus is flowing movement and transitions seamlessly together, while learning a variety of grips and spin pole sequences. Learn how to control the pole while on spin mode and learn how to master a new apparatus. Class will start with a full body warm up and end with yummy stretches!
WHAT TO WEAR: Tank top, sports bra, and form-fitted shorts. Heels are welcomed, not required.
BRING: Water, Pole Grip, Pole Journal/Notebook.
