Sultry Pole Dance | Mixed Levels (NOT for FIRST Timers)

Not for brand new students. We recommend 4 to 6 Intro to Pole classes before moving into this mixed leveled class.

Sultry Pole Dance is a mixed levels pole class that blends floor work, pole dance, pole techniques, pole skills, and transitions together. This class will begin with a total body warm up that includes movements that translate into floor work techniques that can be used later on for choreography. After the warm up, we will start breaking down chunks of choreography that will be repeated several times, and then built upon as class progresses. Students will leave each pole dance class with a choreographed segment that can be used to dance to any of your favorite songs!

Tailored for all skill levels, but is not recommended as a first pole class. Pole dancing in heels is an additional challenge so having some pole experience will make these classes easier to enjoy!

WHAT TO BRING: Water and pole grip

WHAT TO WEAR: Tank top, sports bra, form-fitted shorts, leggings. Knee pads or knee high socks/leg warmers to cover the knees, otherwise students may not be able to maximize their experience in this class. Be sure to leave all your jewelry at home and don't wear any lotions.
