Want to bring in cake, cookies, cupcakes and beverages? You simply need to request an additional 1 hour to your party at the time of your booking. The additional 1 hour private studio time is $150. The perfect addition if you want to bring refreshments, need to get ready for your next adventure, want to stay and play on the poles or just hang with your tribe!

PARTY POLICIES & DETAILS

Please note that once you register and pay to reserve your scheduled party you are not eligible to receive a refund. When you sign up for a party at Vertical Pole Studio Pensacola, we are committing to provide you a specific date and time slot with a Pole Party Instructor, thereby making this day and time slot unavailable to others. 

Deposit 

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. We are unable to hold any date or time without a paid deposit. Please call 850-418-8023 or email contact@vpolestudiopns.com to schedule your party date and time. You will make your second and final non-refundable payment 15 days after your first payment. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to adjust your invoice after you begin your payments. Please confirm your head count prior to your purchase. 

Late Bookings

All parties booked within 7 days prior to your party date will be assessed a $50 late booking fee and must be paid in full. 

Holiday Parties

We are CLOSED on all national and government holidays.

Booking Attendees

When booking an event, you must confirm the amount of participants. You can add additional guests when booking. We will not be able to adjust the head count after your invoice has been paid. There are no refunds for last minute guests that are unable to come. After the balance is paid, we are unable to give any refunds. 

Attendees

​All attendees whether they just want to watch or not must count as a paying attendee, no exceptions. Plus everyone does end up wanting to participate anyways, once they see how much fun their friends are having!

​​Rescheduling your party

• ​Rescheduling your party requires a minimum notice of 21 days of your scheduled party date and a CONFIRMATION via email. Rescheduling your party attempts via text, or voice mail will not be confirmed. We allow only one day/time for you to reschedule your party, without you having to pay a rebooking fee of $50.

Cancelation Policy  

•  Please understand the commitment we are making to you does force us to adhere to a set of policies.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, acts of God, contact us about transferring or postponing your unused party. There are no refunds or exchanges on any packages.  All Sales are final. 

• In the event the studio has to close due to inclement weather or acts of God you will be notified via phone and via email. You have the opportunity to transfer or reschedule your party at a later time or the amount can be put on a Gift Card. There are absolutely no refunds. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your party with us. 

The Day of the PARTY! 

Our parties start promptly on the hour and end on time. If you arrive late to your party we will not extend the end time. You only have your scheduled time to use the studio; Please have your guests arrive about 5 minutes before your party time. Be dressed and ready to have a GREAT TIME! Please note that we book parties back to back. Parties remaining after the reserved time will be charged an ADDITIONAL $150 per hour.

Outside Food & Drink

You are required to book the add-on 1 hour private studio rental to bring outside food/drinks. Please let us know at the time of your booking if you would like this add-on, so we can have a table set up and ready for your party. Food and drinks (except water) are not allowed on the dance floor at any time. Cookies, cupcakes and/or cakes are allowed but ALL OTHER OUTSIDE FOODS will not be permitted in the studio. It is your responsibility to bring plates, napkins, cups, forks etc. and serve your own cake and/or drinks. If there is any damage caused by your group due to food or drinks, a cleaning fee of $50 – $150 will be assessed at the end of your party.

Anyone entering the facility under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded their money.
