THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR FIRST TIME STUDENTS.
This is an upright only (non-invert) class.
Intro to Spin Pole
Discover the beauty, flow, and excitement of spin pole in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. This class is designed for students who are completely new to spin pole or are still developing confidence and comfort with continuous rotation.
Students will learn how to safely create and control momentum, transition smoothly around the pole, and perform foundational spins, turns, poses, and conditioning exercises. Special attention will be given to proper grip engagement, body positioning, controlled entrances and exits, and techniques for managing dizziness.
No previous spin-pole experience is required. Students are encouraged to progress at their own pace while building strength, coordination, body awareness, and confidence.
