
Rest and recovery is just as important as the hard work! Increase flexibility, decrease stress & relax the mind as we restore our bodies.
This class is meant to help you recover from previous workouts while also preparing you for your next session. The instructor will warm up the body and then lead you through a sequence of movement & stretching that will help to recover your muscles and naturally increase flexibility. Stretching is also VERY IMPORTANT to help prevent risk of injury.
