Designed for the absolute beginner. This 4-Week Series is perfect for you if you have ever wanted to try Aerial HOOP, also known as a "Lyra". This 4-Week Series will take you baby steps off the ground and into the air. Everyone in class is starting at the same level and will progress as a group. A certified instructor will lead you through the 4-Week Series safely and securely. By the end of the series we are sure you will love being in the air.
Class meets once a week on the same day and time for 4-Weeks, 60 minute classes.
In this course you will learn:
How to mount the hoop
Postures sitting in the hoop
Postures below the hoop
Postures standing on the hoop
Aerial terminology
How to keep yourself safe and secure while in the air (and on the ground)
WHAT TO BRING: Water and Aerial journal.
WHAT TO WEAR: Sleeves that cover your arm pits and leggings that cover your knee pits.
Be sure to leave all your jewelry at home and don't wear any lotions.
Minimum of 4 Students for program to hold. If for any reason the program does not hold, you will moved into next months series automatically. No Refunds of transfers. There are no make up dates for this course. Please check your schedule before booking this series. You will have the best results if you attend each class.
